Purpose:

Content: To approve the Delivery Plan for the migration of the Council’s LLC1 Register to HMLR (HM Land Registry) noting that there may be changes to the Delivery Pran as the project progresses To accept a £20,000 grant from HMLR to support the Delivery Plan to migrate the Council’s LLC1 Register to HMLR upon formal approval of the Delivery Plan by both HMLR and Melton Borough Council. To retain the £20,000 HMLR grant within the Land Charges service and utilise the funding within the service to ensure migration can proceed in accordance with the approved Delivery Plan, and to prevent undue delays to the project.
