Content: The purpose of this report is to approve the release £10,000 of CIL Neighbourhood Portion funding for the Elswick Cemetery Project in Elswick Ward. The Deputy Chief Executive is recommended to approve the release of £10,000 of CIL Neighbourhood Portion funding already received from developers for the provision of improvements to St Johns and Westgate Hill Cemetery’s. The funding has been secured from the CIL Neighbourhood Portion from planning permission 2018/0933/01/OUT – 2 St. James Boulevard.
