Content: Cabinet received the new Constitution.   Proposed by Councillor Dan Swords (seconded by Councillor James Leppard) it was:   RESOLVED that Cabinet recommended to Full Council that Council:   A     Adopts the new constitution (Appendix A to the report).   B     Authorises the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Leader, to make such modifications to Appendix A as are required as a result of final copy-setting and consistency checks, and to then bring the new constitution into effect once that process is complete.   C     Note the Monitoring Officer’s intention to bring the new constitution into effect from 5 January 2026.
