Content: Cabinet received a report on the Town Centre Strategy, in relation Market House and Adams House.   Proposed by Councillor Dan Swords (seconded by Councillor James Leppard) it was:   RESOLVED that Cabinet recommended to Council to amend the capital programme in line with the proposals set out in the report and the additional appendices in order to enable the regeneration of Market House and Adams House.
