Content: Cabinet received a report on the adoption of a conservation area management plan and confirmation of an Article 4 Direction for Churchgate Street.   Proposed by Councillor Alastair Gunn (seconded by Councillor Dan Swords) it was:   RESOLVED that Cabinet:   A     Approves the confirmation of the Churchgate Street Article 4 Direction (A4D) on 4 March 2026.   B     Adopts the related Management Plan and Guidance document, as set out at Appendix C to the report.   C     Enacts any modification requests from the Ministry of Housing, Community and Local Government (MHCLG), by delegating authority to the Portfolio Holder, in consultation with the Executive Director (Communities and Regeneration), to approve the confirmation of the subsequently modified A4D and approve any necessary amendments to the adopted Management Plan and Guidance document.
