Content: Decision by the Executive Councillor for Resources:   That the Lincoln, Yarborough Hill Bank Slip Project (Scheme), as detailed in the report, be approved.   Decision by the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport:         i.         That the undertaking of a procurement process for construction and delivery of the Scheme, be approved.        ii.         That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport, to take all decisions necessary to progress the Scheme up to and including the determination of the final form of contract and the award and execution of the contract and such other documentation necessary to deliver the Scheme.
