Purpose:

Content: Consideration was given to the annual Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS), which details financial contributions secured through the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 agreements for off-site infrastructure works and affordable housing. The report sought approval to publish the updated IFS on the Council’s website, ensuring transparency and compliance with statutory requirements.   RESOLVED: i)                 Cabinet approved the current strategy for the CIL Strategic Fund. ii)                Cabinet approved the IFS set out in Appendix 2 for publication by the end of December 2025.   The above decision was made for the following reasons: a)             To comply with CIL Regulations. b)             To continue to ensure that developer contributions received are published and spent in a transparent manner.
