Purpose: A contract has been in place with Destin Solutions Ltd to provide a managed service using their Nexus system to identify missing business rate and council tax assessments in respect of the areas covered by Ipswich Borough Council, Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council.   The current contract is due to end on the 31/03/2026 with the option for one 12-month extension period available upon agreement of both parties.   Given the services are required on an ongoing basis and the work undertaken by Destin has already been proven to represent good value for money in terms of the assessments they have identified a new contract for 2 years (+1year extension on agreement of both parties). This has been awarded via a compliant framework (G Cloud 14). The value of the new contract has been confirmed at £10,000 per annum for the duration of the new contract.
