Content: That approval is given for:   1.  Recovering 10% (£291,200) of the sale price (£2,912,000) relating to Northfield, Ruskington, in accordance with decision of Executive Board on 02/12/2021   2.  Monies recovered as a result of this decision will be receipted as a HRA Capital Receipt from the proceeds of an asset disposal.
