Purpose: The Fees and Charges are reviewed each year to ensure the charges approved by the Council accurately reflect the costs involved with providing the service and the environment in which the Council operates. It is the intention of this report to seek approval of the proposed changes for 2026/27 Fees and Charges as set out in Appendix A and to agree the fees for various non-executive licensing matters to be recommended to Council at its budget setting meeting.

Content: Resolved - That the Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing agreed the uplift to the discretionary Fees and Charges within their portfolio for the Development and Housing Directorate, for 2026/27, as set out in Appendix A for implementation on the 1 April 2026.
