Content: Asset of Community Nomination for: The Angel Public House, 66 Greengate, Swanton Morley, Norfolk, NR20 4LX Recommendations:   (a)    That the Angel Public House, 66 Greengate, Swanton Morley, Norfolk, NR20 4LX be listed for the following reasons in paragraph 6; and   (b)  That the Angel Public, 66 Greengate, Swanton Morley, Norfolk, NR20 4LX be added to the Council’s register of community assets.     Based on the information provided in the nomination it is considered that the Angel Public House, Swanton Morley meets the legal tests set out in Section 88 of the Localism Act 2011.  To do nothing. This is not a viable option as the Council is required to determine the nomination in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.   To refuse the nomination.  This is not considered appropriate as it is felt that the legal tests have been met.
