Content: 2024/0475/ENF – 20 and 28 Winders Road, SW11 3HB    RESOLVED – To authorise the issue of an enforcement notice (s. 172 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) requiring removal of the first-floor extension and the return of the property to its former condition, including reinstatement of the former partition wall separating nos. 20 and 28 Winders Road. In the event of non-compliance, to authorise prosecution proceedings and/or direct-action under sections 178 and 179 of the Act.   2025/0307/ENF – 22 Broadway Lofts 10 Gatton Road SW17 0EE   RESOLVED – To authorise issue of a listed building enforcement notice and any other legal or direct action necessary to secure removal of the unauthorised uPVC framed windows and reinstatement of timber framed windows to match those previously in situ.
