Purpose: Decision Taken: That the modification of the existing contract with Bytes Software LTD for the provision of Cloud Data Center Services hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform be approved. Specifically, this decision authorises: ·         The extension of the contract term from its current expiry in December 2025 to 01 February 2026.   ·         An increase in the total contract value from £1,046k to £1,419k including the extension period. The £372k increase comprises £252k for an increase in the estimated service consumption across October 2025 to December 2025 and a further £120k for January 2026 which now includes Microsoft Office licensing cost. All costs are ex VAT and equally split between RBK & LBS.
