Purpose: It be RESOLVED: That Charlotte Spendley be designated as the Council’s Section 151 Officer (Chief Finance Officer) with effect from 16 December 2025.

Content: Following the senior officer restructure, approved by Council on 15 September 2025, and the subsequent recruitment exercise to appoint a new Director of Resources (which combined the post of Section 151 Officer), Council was requested to confirm formal designation of Charlotte Spendley as the Council’s CFO (Section 151 Officer) with effect from 16 December 2025.   RESOLVED: That Charlotte Spendley be designated as the Council’s Section 151 Officer (Chief Finance Officer) with effect from 16 December 2025.
