Purpose: To appoint a replacement Member Representative to Rother Voluntary Action.

Content: Consideration was given to Member Representative appointments to Rother Voluntary Action and Hastings Advice and Representation Centre following the resignations of Councillor Mrs Cook and Coleman, respectively.      RESOLVED: That:   1)     Councillor Delany be appointed as the substantive Member representative to Hastings Advice and Representation Centre and Rother Voluntary Action with immediate effect;   2)     Councillor Byrne be appointed to Rother Voluntary Action as the substitute Member; and   3)     all appointments be made up to the end of the current Council term (May 2027) and attendance thereat be designated an approved duty.
