Content: The Leader reminder members that the next two reports had exempt appendices and should members wish to discuss them the meeting would need to go into a closed session.   Councillor Morris-Cook introduced the report.   Councillor L Watson highlighted that she fully supported the report and she was shocked this has not been put in place before now. She was also glad to see they have got it in budget.   RESOLVED:   2.1Cabinet approved the award of a three-year contract for cloud licensing and support services subject to standstill to the recommended supplier identified in Appendix B - Evaluation summary, procured via the G-Cloud framework, to commence on 2nd February 2026.   2.2Cabinet delegated authority to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, in consultation with the Lead Member for Finance & Resources, to finalise and enter the contract.   Reason for the decision: as outlined in the report This decision is subject to call-in
