The Leader highlighted that transformation is not optional it is essential.   RESOLVED:   2.1Cabinet noted the Transformation Roadmap, the resource map and the detail of five programmes   2.2Cabinet approved the commencement of the procurement of a transformation partner by the Chief Executive and Managing Director Commissioner, as set out at 6.5-6.7 of this report.   2.3Cabinet delegated authority to the Chief Executive and Managing Director Commissioner, in consultation with the Leader, the Cabinet Member for Resources, the Chief Finance Officer and the Executive Director for Corporate Services, to award a contract to a transformation partner, following that procurement process.   Reason for the decision: as outlined in the report This decision is subject to call-in
