Purpose:

Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Director of Finance & Corporate Resources, as contained on pages 51 to 60 of the Book of Reports, which provided a summary of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) and Housing capital programme positions for the 2025/26 financial year based upon quarter 2 monitoring (Q2).   The Minute of the Landlord Services Working Group had been circulated with late information, and the minute of the Policy & Resources Committee had been circulated under item 7(e) on the agenda.   RESOLVED:   A.    That the HRA Q2 position for revenue and capital be noted.   B.    That the revenue budget virements in paragraphs 6.1 to 6.4 of the report, be approved.   C.    That the capital budget virements in table 7.6 in the report, be approved.   D.    That the capital budget reprofiling of £7.6m from 2025/26 into 2026/27, set out in table 7.6 in the report, be approved.
