Purpose: Skelmersdale Town Centre Conditional Land Disposal

Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Director of Planning, Economy & Wellbeing, as contained on pages 391 to 436 of the Book of Reports, which provided details of a proposed conditional land disposal, to facilitate a new    housing and commercial scheme.   RESOLVED:   A.    That the development plots identified in Skelmersdale Town Centre (see Appendix 1) be sold for the purpose of delivering a new housing and commercial scheme, subject to the conditions at paragraph 4.11 of the report being met.   B.    That the Director of Planning, Economy & Wellbeing be given delegated authority to undertake all associated works connected with the disposal of the sites.
