Purpose: To set out details of a proposed new housing scheme at Hall Green Close, Skelmersdale.

Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Assistant Director of Housing, as contained on pages 359 to 374 of the Book of Reports, which sought approval to demolish the Council owned former sheltered accommodation flats in Hall Green Close, Up Holland and set out details for a replacement housing scheme.   RESOLVED:   A.    That the former sheltered accommodation at Hall Green Close be demolished.   B.    That the proposed Hall Green Close housing scheme as set out in the report be approved.   C.    That the Assistant Director of Housing be given delegated authority to take all necessary steps and actions and to procure and enter such contracts that are required for demolition and to deliver the scheme.
