Purpose: To consider appointment a Mayor's Cadet

Content: To consider appointment a Mayor's Cadet RESOLVED –   (i)         That Members approve introducing the ceremonial role of the Mayor’s Cadet for the civic year 2026 – 2027; and   (ii)       That the Armed Forces Cadet organisations be invited to nominate one individual for consideration by a Cadet Appointments Panel each year.   Reasons for decisions   To support the involvement of young people in civic duties and provide a visible link between the Council, Armed Forces and Wrexham’s youth.
