Purpose:

Content: Decision by the Executive Councillor for Resources:   That the Scheme for the roof replacement works at Boston Hawthorn Tree Primary School, as detailed in the report, be approved.   Decision by the Executive Councillor for Children’s Services:   a.    That the direct award of contract under the Pagabo Construction Framework for the delivery of the Scheme, be approved.   b.    That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Children’s Services, to take all decisions necessary to progress the Scheme up to and including determination of the final form contract and the award and execution of the contract and other documentation necessary to deliver the Scheme resulting from the procurement process.   As detailed in the report As detailed in the report
