Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED:   a)    That the size of Committees be approved as per below and that seats on these committees be allocated as per paragraph 3.6 of the report.   ·       17 Members - Scrutiny Committees, the Democratic Services Committee and the Planning Committee ·       15 Members - Statutory Licensing Committee and the General Licensing Committee ·       17 Members - the Senior Employment Committee and the Senior Investigation Committee   b)    That Councillors Chris Brockley, Chris Cater, Samantha Cotton, Gwennol Ellis, Sian Grady, Chris Hughes, Gail Jones, Trystan Lewis, Paul Luckock, Anne McCaffrey, Charlie McCoubrey, Thomas Montgomery, Austin Roberts, Liz Roberts, Harry Saville, Sue Shotter and Nigel Smith be appointed to the Democratic Services Committee.   c)    That the Membership of the Governance and Audit Committee (as set out in paragraph 3.9 of the report) be noted.   d)    That the Finance and Resources Overview and Scrutiny Committee examine the political composition of the Asset Management Task and Finish Group, which is currently politically representative.
