Purpose: The decision will need to be made to appoint a principal contractor to deliver a roof renewal project to three Lambeth schools. Henry Fawcett, Herbert Morrison and Holmewood nursery and Children’s Centre

Content: To approve the award of contract to Ashe Roofing Ltd to carry out roof renewal works totalling £1,651,431.50 with works commencing February 2026 and completing by August 2026. The total project cost of £1,966,121 is made up of the works contract, a client held contingency, statutory fees and staff capitalisation, which will be detailed in the part II report.
