Purpose: This report seeks approval to increase the current contract value for the Provision of Parking Enforcement and Related Services with Capita PLC, which will cover the costs outlined in this report.

Content: To approve increases to the current contract value for the Provision of Parking Enforcement and Related Services with Capita PLC.   To increase the contract by £567,774 required to regulate the contract value of £5,708,708.28 from 1 January 2017 to 31 August 2025.   To increase the contract by £502,304 to have necessary provision from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025. This will cover the costs outlined in this report.
