Purpose:

Content: 1.             To approve the one-year extension of the business leases from 2026 to 2027 for four properties currently sublet on assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs) on the Fenwick Estate. This short-term extension is being carried out due to the imminent expiry of some leases, and in advance of Homes for Lambeth (HFL) securing vacant possession of these properties and handing them back to the council.
