Content: It is recommended that:   1.     The Cabinet Spokesperson approves the freehold sale of the land to Ben Bailey Homes Ltd, so that they can develop the whole site in accordance with their current planning permission and subject to them obtaining any other consents required.   2.     The Corporate Asset Manager be authorised to negotiate and finalise Heads of Terms for the proposed freehold sale of the land to Ben Bailey Homes Ltd.   3.     The Service Director (Law, Democratic and Member Services) be authorised to complete the necessary documentation for the freehold sale of the land to Ben Bailey Homes Ltd.
