Purpose: To approve the purchase of new waste and street cleansing vehicles for delivery in 2026.

Content: To award a contract to Terberg via an ESPO framework for 2 x electric food waste vehicles. The estimated cost of the vehicles is £640,000, of which £320,000 will be funded by Vale of White Horse District Council in accordance with the agreed cost sharing mechanism.   To move the required budget for vehicle purchases from the provisional capital programme to the approved capital programme.
