Purpose: Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions for Dereham Town Council

Content: Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions for Dereham Town Council Breckland Council authorises the release of £249,214.00 to Dereham Town Council from open space and recreation contribution held by the Council in accordance with a Section 106 Agreement dated 25th March 2019, in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2016/1397/F, for the Renewal & Extension of the Dereham Skate Park at the Recreation Ground, London Road, Dereham. This work is consistent with the requirements within the S106 Agreement as detailed in the report    It is recommended that delegated authority is granted to release £249,214.00 from the Off Site Outdoor Sports Contribution held by the Council in accordance with S106 Agreement dated 25th March 2019 under planning application 3PL/2016/1397/F for this project.   ·         Fully fund the application as set out in the report.   ·         Do nothing.
