Purpose: To receive an update on where the council is performing against the agreed Action Plan

Content: The report provided an update on progress against the recommended actions arising from the Local Government Association (LGA) Corporate Peer Challenge (CPC) held between 5 & 8 March 2024, and the subsequent follow up visit on 25 November 2024.   The CPC report acknowledged that positive progress had been made on many of the recommended actions and acknowledges that of those outstanding recommendations, work had commenced and was on track for completion.   The report provided a final update on progress against delivery of the recommended actions.   Cllr Aspinell MOVED and Cllr Worsfold SECONDED the recommendations in the report. A vote was taken on a show of hands and it was RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:   That Members are asked to note this final report on progress against the CPC action plan.
