Content:     Resolved by the Assistant Director – Planning   i)     That the company indicated within the exempt appendix be appointed via direct        award to negotiate with all relevant parties in connection with the         Council’s underlease for Walkden Street car park as set out in the         Exempt Report (not for publication under paragraph 3 of schedule        12A of the Local Government Act 1972 as it is information relating to the         Financial or business affairs of particular persons).   (ii)      To approve expenditure to the contract value as set out in the appendix           to the decision.   (iii)     In accordance with contract procedure rules, to confirm that the services           are required so urgently as to preclude the invitation of tenders   (iv)    The Legal Services Manager be authorised to negotiate, finalise and          complete all necessary legal agreements and other documents to give           effect to the above.
