Purpose: To agree the delivery approach of the Pride in Place funding for Conwy.    

Content: To agree the delivery approach of the Pride in Place funding for Conwy.     (a)      That the contiguous area made up of Tudno 1, Tudno 2 and Mostyn 2 in Llandudno be approved as the defined neighbourhood to be submitted to UK Government by the deadline of 9 January 2026.   (b)      That it be noted that the Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation has been used as the primary data source to identify the recommended contiguous area in line with the UK Government guidance.   (c)      That it be recognised that this funding will be allocated by an independent Neighbourhood Board which will be independently chaired and formed in line with UK Government guidance.   (d)      That the decision be exempt from call-in in order to ensure that the neighbourhood submission can be sent to the UK Government by the 9 January 2026 deadline.
