Content: As detailed in the report. 1.    That the 2026/27 Capital R&M Programmes for Non-Schools and Schools are to proceed as detailed in Appendices A and B, be approved; and   2.    The approach to delivery of the programmes be approved and authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Resources in consultation with the Deputy Leader and Executive Councillor for Community Engagement, the authority to take all decisions necessary to progress the successful delivery of the Programmes including the award and execution of necessary contracts and such other necessary documentation.
