Purpose: To increase the establishment of Private Sector Housing including administration support and compliance officer to support delivery of Selective Licensing.

Content:   Resolved by the Director of Corporate Resources/Deputy CEO on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer.   That the decision be approved to increase the establishment by two posts to support the delivery of selective licensing in Mansfield. The new posts will be an additional Selective Licensing Administration Support Officer and an additional Selective Licensing Compliance Officer.
