Content: RESOLVED that the HR Committee endorsed the policies presented in Appendices 2 to 7 and approved the policy presented in Appendices 8 and 9, subject to a) the delegation of responsibility to the Service Director for HR & OD for ensuring the amendments requested by elected members at the meeting were made, and b) the circulation of the updated Parental Bereavement Leave Policy (with respect to the Employment Rights Act 2025 (Parental and Paternity Leave) (Removal of Qualifying Periods etc.) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2026) to the Committee Members for approval. .
