Content: RESOLVED that:-   (a)      the content of the draft Corporate Plan 2026-30 be noted;   (b)      the engagement activity undertaken be noted;   (c)      Cabinet note that the Council Budget is a key enabler in being able to deliver the Corporate Plan, due to be considered at County Council in March; and   (d)      Cabinet agree, subject to on-going engagement with members, to recommend to County Council to adopt the Corporate Plan 2026-2030 at its March meeting.
