Purpose: Local Nature Recovery Strategies are map?based plans which identify local biodiversity priorities, measures for improvement and the places where targeted action will most effectively help nature recover. As part of the Environment Act 2021 the Combined Authority is required to produce a Local Nature Recovery Strategy with the support of the constituent local councils, including Knowsley. The Combined Authority have finalised the Strategy for the Liverpool City Region.
