Content:     i.  Application 1 (2024/2152) 170-172 Mitcham Road, SW17 9NJ - (7 for, 1 abstention)that planning permission be granted as set out in the report, subject to CIL liable.     ii.  Application 2 (2024/4255) Land rear of 161-165 Balham High Road, SW12 9AU – (unanimous) that planning permission be granted as set out in the report, noting the additional information as set out in the late items of correspondence paper, subject to CIL liable, and subject to the inclusion of consideration of invasive species such as Japanese knotweed under Condition 17 that related to the Construction Environment Management Plan, if this was not already covered.     iii.  Application 3 (2025/0799) 9-15 Elcho Street, SW11 4AU - (unanimous)  that planning permission be granted as set out in the report, subject to: (1)  the amendment of Condition 51 that covers landscaping, to include that the landscape scheme includes provisions for the monitoring and maintenance of the vertical meadow and require replanting where needed; (2)  an informative be included to request the Applicant to undertake the ambitions set out on page 67 of the agenda pack, which states “the Applicant also seeks to strengthen existing local business, community and educational networks that have been cultivated over time within what is increasingly being referred to as the Battersea Design Quarter.”; and  (3)  CIL liable and S.106 Legal Agreement and Stage 2 GLA referral.     iv.  Application 4 (2025/3031) 51 & 53 Longley Road, SW17 9LA - (unanimous) that planning permission be granted as set out in the report.     v.  Application 5 (2025/3187)100 York Road, 110 York Road and Car Park to Rear, SW11 3RD - (unanimous) that planning permission be granted as set out in the report, noting the additional information as set out in the late items of correspondence paper, subject to CIL liable and S.106 Legal Agreement.
