Content: Resolved by the Assistant Director Planning   i. That the contract be awarded to the successful contractor as detailed in the attached exempt appendix for the provision of Security and Customer Assistance Services at the Civic Centre for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for further 2 years at the total contract value set out in the Exempt Appendix.   ii. The Legal Services Manager be authorised to negotiate, finalise and complete all necessary legal agreements and other documents to give effect to the above
