Purpose:

Content: Consideration was given to significantly updating Gateshead’s Schools Forum Constitution and Guidance to ensure representation is proportionate, compliant with the 2012 Regulations and DfE guidance, and reflective of changes in school profiles and early years entitlements.   RESOLVED: i)                 That Cabinet approved the updated Gateshead Schools Forum Constitution and Guidance (Appendix 2).   The above decision was made for the following reasons: a)                 To ensure compliance with regulations and DfE guidance. b)                 To ensure all Gateshead schools and young people are fairly represented at Schools Forum.
