Purpose:

Content: Consideration was given to making Local Authority governor nominations in accordance with The School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations, to maintain full governing body membership.   RESOLVED: i)                 That Cabinet approved the nomination for appointment or re?appointment of a Local Authority Governor as set out in Appendix 1. ii)                That Cabinet noted the term of office to be as determined by each school’s Instrument of Government.   The above decision was made for the following reason: a)                 To ensure the School Governing Body has full membership.
