Content: The Committee resolved to:   1.    Agree the draft detailed Revenue Budget for 2026/27 for the Environment and Sustainability Committee,   2.    Agree the draft detailed Capital Programme Budget for 2026/27 for the Environment and Sustainability Committee; and   3.    Recommend to the Corporate Policy and Resources Committee to approve the proposed Detailed Revenue Budget and Capital Programme proposals for this Committee.
