That it be agreed that the Cabinet Member for Infrastructure and Corporate Strategy: 1. Approves the extension of the contract for Provision of a Content and Case Management System for My Southend (myaccount) and SCC/Livewell Websites for a period of 12-months with the incumbent provider, from 6 April 2026 to 5 April 2027. My Southend (myaccount) and SCC/Livewell Websites are built on the Jadu web platform, which was procured in 2023, using a three-year +1 optional year contract which runs to end April 2027. The MySouthend site is a critical digital entry point for services to residents, businesses, officers, and Councillors for the foreseeable future, enabling streamlined access to council services and case management. Jadu are a reliable, competent partner who provide a stable platform that is compliant to industry accessibility standards. As part of the wider ongoing MySouthend program, Jadu actively engage with SCC ICT and are meeting expected performance standards expected.
