Content: To consider options to amend the car park fees and charges for 2026/27 Cabinet considered options A) to G) as set out in the officer report, and Cabinet agreed the car parking fees for the financial year 2026/27 as follows:   RESOLVED to: (a) Agree that officers implement options E (change car parks to Pay on Arrival ticketless/paperless (rather than Pay and Display)) and G (provide delegated authority to the Head of Service to authorise parking permits for volunteers at reduced/no charge)   (b) Authorise the Head of Legal and Democratic to prepare and publish a new order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   (c) authorise the Head of Development and Corporate Landlord to oversee necessary communications and consultations and report back to cabinet.
