Purpose:

Content:   1.    That, following the recommendation of the Appointments Panel, the preferred candidate, Lee Sirdifield, be appointed to the position of Chief Executive, and that approval be given to make an offer of employment, subject to the completion and satisfactory outcome of all statutory and regulatory pre?employment checks required for the post 2.    That the Chief Executive be designated as the Head of Paid Service and Returning Officer. 3.    That authority be delegated to the Resourcing Manager at Lincolnshire County Council to confirm whether the conditional checks referred to in point 1 have been satisfied and, in consultation with the Mayor as Chair of the Appointments Panel, to agree the commencement date.
