Content: AGREED: that the Direct Award procurement approach proceed for 10 individual and separate contracts for Flying Start Childcare places for 3 years with the option to extend for 1 year +1 year. The total annual value of the contracts is £3,480,750. Contracts would commence on 1st April 2026. To deliver on the Welsh Government's commitment to deliver and expand Flying Start Childcare.   To ensure continuity of childcare services at provisions identified as:   ·         the only registered childcare services operating within, or in close proximity to, the Flying Start core and expansion areas, and/or ·         recipients of significant capital investment ·         the sole Welsh?medium provision available within the local area
