Content: AGREED: thatthe SEWTAPS Framework Agreement be novated from Mace Limited to Mace Consult and any necessary agreements to facilitate the novation be entered into.   Mace Limited is currently appointed under the Multi-Disciplinary Lot (Lot 1) of the SEWTAPS framework and provides these services to multiple customers. Approving to the novation to Mace Consult will ensure continuity of service under the framework and maintain strong competition, delivering choice and flexibility for customers. This approach supports the framework’s integrity and long-term value for all stakeholders.
