Content: That the challenge to the decision should be taken no further and the decision implemented, but that the following requests be further considered as a matter of urgency 1.    The minutes of this meeting be brought to the attention of the Chair of the Planning Committee. 2.    That the Monitoring Officer draft a wish list from the debate this evening to be considered by officers, to include training on conditions (how they have been used, whether or not successful). 3.    A verbal update be provided to the next meeting of Scrutiny Committee on 4 March.
