Purpose:

Content: To award without further competition a call-off contract for the supply of management consultancy services to support the mobilisation of both the joint local government reorganisation portfolio and Gloucestershire County Council’s (GCC’s) transformation portfolio, including development of a transformation business case. The award shall be made under Lot 3 of the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6309 (Complex & Transformation) to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in accordance with the framework’s criteria.
