Purpose: To approve SEDF funding awards for bids/projects submitted for consideration by the City Region Board.

Content:   During the meeting, the City Region Board resolved, in line with Regulation 4(2)(b) of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 and Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A, to move into exempt session to enable open discussion of the commercially sensitive information relating to the Securing Inward Investment at Gloucestershire Airport bid proposal.   Following this discussion, the Board agreed that the decision on the bid should be deferred until the next City Region Board meeting on 6 March, providing additional time to gather further information and to enable the Board to consider the proposal in detail at its March meeting.
